Back in 2008, we began as a small gathering to listen to an HR expert. The audience liked the concept. We loved it. We conducted another session and people liked it too. Basically, the idea of networking and knowledge sharing on the same platform connected well with people. That encouraged us to do more of what we did and the audience and interest kept increasing. 125+ events later, we continue to enjoy the goodwill and support of about 7500 patrons from over 2300 organisations. Shashikanth Jayaraman or SK as he is called, is a seasoned Human Resource thought leader with about 15 years of rich and varied corporate experience. He has provided operational, strategic and functional leadership to organizations in the areas of Recruitment, Learning & Development, Performance Management, Talent retention & engagement, cost optimization, workforce rationalization and culture re-engineering and change management
Sk excels in Strategy as much as Execution, bringing with him a creative & collaborative approach backed by an eye for detail and cost-consciousness. In his various corporate assignments, he has driven the people function at ABN AMRO Bank, Reliance Retail, Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance and TVS Automobile Solutions Limited.
Sk holds a Bachelors in Electrical & Electronics Engineering and a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management with certifications in leadership development and PCMM. As the Founder of HR Sangam, he has built a forum to network and enrich the capabilities of about 7000 HR practitioners over the last decade.
